Production/Shipping:

  • Orders typically take about 3-7 days to ship but please see the item description to get the most accurate time frame as times vary per product.

  • I Love My French Bulldog orders are put into production immediately upon order and are custom made individually. We carry some stock in our top sellers for quick ships.

  • You will receive an email with tracking once the shipping label is created, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.

  • Please allow up to 2-4 Business days to arrive once shipped. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service at info@ilovemyfrenchbulldog.com and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time. 

Returns:

Please go to http://ilovemyfrenchbulldog.com/contact-us to notify us that you want to return your item.

  • Items for return must be in the same condition that you received it. If you have a damaged/defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to info@ilovemyfrenchbulldog.com. Include your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost.
  • Exchanges and returns must be processed by the 30th day from date of delivery.
  • You will receive a return label with instruction in an email for any items you need to ship back.
  • There are NO RETURNS for any of our Customized Items. They are final sale unless it is defective.
  • Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method. 

Please note the following:

    • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging;
    • Items must be in new condition, 100% intact and in the original packaging Please do not modify the product in any way. We cannot accept items not in the original packaging. If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse to refund completely;
    • To process your refund we require a return tracking number as a proof of delivery;
    • We recommend that you send the item with tracking as we are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession.

Please note refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
